The 1993-94 NBA season was the Warriors' 48th season in the NBA and their 31st season in the San Francisco Bay Area.〔(1993-94 Golden State Warriors )〕 The Warriors selected Anfernee Hardaway as their third pick in the 1993 NBA Draft, but soon traded him to the Orlando Magic for Chris Webber. Golden State finished third in the Pacific Division with a 50-32 record. Webber was named Rookie of the Year, avering 17.5 points, 9.1 rebounds, and 2.2. blocks. Latrell Sprewell made the All-NBA First Team, averaging 21.0 points and leading the league with 43.1 minutes per game. He was also selected to play in the 1994 NBA All-Star Game. Guards Tim Hardaway and Šarūnas Marčiulionis were both injured and missed the entire season. In the first round of the playoffs, the Warriors were swept by the Phoenix Suns. This would be their last playoff appearance until 2007. ==Offseason==
